This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, administered, endorsed, or affiliated in any way by or with Facebook®, X®, TikTok, Instagram® or any other third party.

Entrant Eligibility

An “Entrant” is a person who (i) is a legal resident of one of the 50 states of the United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) is at least 18 years old and has reached the age of majority in the state in which he/she resides as of entry; (iii) possesses a valid driver’s license in the state of legal residency; (iv) is not on the US Bureau of Industry and Security’s Denied Persons or Entity Lists, is not on the US Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals, and is not on the US Department of Commerce’s Table of Denial Orders; and (v) complies with the Method of Entry & Entry Requirements in Section 4 below. Officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, partners, employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and Administrator, its parent company (if any), subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live), and those persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are ineligible to enter. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on ____________, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on _________________, 2025.

Disqualification

Without limitation, an Entrant may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, if (i) Entrant has a pending arrest or conviction for a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, (ii) Entrant is subject to a restraining order; (iii) Entrant fails to meet the Method of Entry & Entry Requirements in Section 4; or (iv) Entrant violates or fails to comply with these Rules or the Sponsor’s Terms & Conditions.

Method of Entry & Entry Requirements

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

Option 1 — VIP Subscription

Open a VIP account by providing the information required here. An automatically‑renewing monthly subscription fee is charged for VIP accounts. The subscription fee does not increase the odds of winning any sweepstakes. People with VIP accounts may purchase one of two tiers of a subscription package and receive one automatic free entry per week each month during which the subscription remains active. Details:

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. If you cancel a subscription prior to the end of the Entry Period, the entries you received from your purchase of that month’s subscription will be entered into the sweepstakes. Flamingo Rush™ reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the subscription fee and to substitute, modify or terminate specific benefits.

Option 2 — Free Entry

Open a free account by signing up here. Each sweepstakes runs for one week and you may enter each sweepstakes free of charge once per week by submitting the form at this link: ______________. Flamingo Rush is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entries. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Odds of Winning

ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

Prizes

One cash prize (the “Prize”) will be awarded in the amount of $_____________. The Prize winner (the “Winner”) will be paid by Sponsor via ACH/wire, Zelle, Venmo or similar banking transfer application, or by check, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Winner is solely responsible for income taxes. Total ARV of all Prizes: $_________.

Selection & Notification of Winners

Each Winner will be determined by random drawing on _______________, 2025, conducted by the Administrator. The Winner will be announced on or about ______________________, 2025 at www.flamingorush.com/____________. Winners will be contacted via the email address or other contact information provided at entry. Winners must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within five (5) calendar days of notification. Failure to timely return documents or if a Winner is ineligible may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate, up to three (3) alternates. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Taxes

Prize values are based on reasonably available information. The value of all Prizes awarded will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Entrants winning over $600 in prizes will receive an IRS Form 1099‑MISC, and a copy will be filed with the IRS.

Privacy & Terms

Information submitted by Entrant will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Submission of information (whether or not required), including mailing address, phone number, social media usernames, and email, constitutes permission for Sponsor to add entrant to Sponsor’s customer database and to contact entrant for promotional or other reasons. Opt‑out as provided in our Privacy Policy or within any marketing materials. By entering, Entrant acknowledges reading and agreeing to the Privacy Policy and consents to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information as described. If selected as a Winner, Entrant agrees to be bound by Sponsor’s Terms & Conditions.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).

Limitations of Liability, Release & Force Majeure

Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, Administrator, Administrator’s affiliates, and Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X are not responsible for: (i) technical problems or malfunctions affecting the operation of the Sweepstakes (hardware/software errors; faulty connectivity; ISP/server/host failures; garbled or faulty data transmissions; failed email transmissions); (ii) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (iii) inaccessibility of any website or Internet congestion; (iv) unauthorized human or non‑human intervention (tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms); (v) destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes or loss/miscount/misdirection/inaccessibility/unavailability of an account; (vi) typographical errors in prize announcements or these Rules, or inaccurate data on the Site; (vii) personal injury or property damage related to participation, website use or downloading information; (viii) attempts to damage or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes (which may violate criminal/civil laws); or (ix) lost/stolen/destroyed documents/items needed to claim or benefit from the Prize. ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR OR TAMPER WITH THE CONTEST WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION.

By entering, Entrant irrevocably releases and holds harmless the Released Parties (Sponsor and Administrator and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and each of their past/present officers, directors, owners, shareholders, members, managers, partners, principals, employees, attorneys, insurers, agents and representatives) from all claims, costs, losses, expenses, attorneys’ fees, damages and other liabilities arising out of or relating to participation and prize‑related activities to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Notice to California Residents

Entrant acknowledges familiarity with California Civil Code §1542:

“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.”

Entrant (on behalf of him/herself and his/her heirs, etc.) unconditionally waives any right or benefit under §1542 or similar laws, to the full extent lawfully waivable, pertaining to the releases set forth in these Rules and Sponsor’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Arbitration; Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under or related to these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflicts principles. All disputes shall be submitted to and resolved by binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, and any award shall be confirmed exclusively in the courts situated in Fulton County, Georgia. Entrant irrevocably consents to such jurisdiction/venue. Arbitration shall be confidential and conducted pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award shall be in writing with an explanation of findings and conclusions, and a written record of the hearing shall be prepared.

Waiver of Jury Trial / Class Action

ARBITRATION MUST BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU MAY NOT JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PARTIES IN ARBITRATION, OR LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE AS A CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY, AND YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO DO SO. YOU FURTHER IRREVOCABLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Winners List / Official Rules

To obtain a copy of the Official Rules and Winners list, send a self‑addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address above. Vermont residents need not provide return postage. Requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the Winners have been announced.
